In Germany, the German military has started preparing companies for war, according to a Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung report published November 18. The preparations follow the outline of a 1,000-page secret strategy paper titled “Operation Plan Germany” adopted by politicians earlier this year. German companies must prepare to face the strains of war and help in defense operations. Companies are advised to draw up a concrete plan for employees and ensure self-sufficiency where possible through diesel generators or wind turbines.
