Town hall meetings

Last week Grindrod, Salmon Arm and Sorrento welcomed “Town hall” meetings. Speakers from all BC informed public about ongoing issues in society.

Meeting in Salmon Arm was opened by Ruth Szerepi from Enderby, who took a role as moderator. After her welcoming words and promo video, Willliam Brookfield with his songs brough “patriotic” atmosphere to the place.

There is a brief summary from the meeting:

Dr. Stephen Malthouse

1. Proposed legislation of Bills 31,36,44,46,47 did not follow democratic process, passed without anyone’s knowledge.
2. Bill 31 – 2023 Emergency and Disaster Act updates the formal definition of “emergency” which now includes transmissible disease, environmental toxins, security threats and terrorist on top of existing provisions. WHY??? No clarification is provided.
3. Health Professions & Occupations Act (HPOA) was to hire more doctors, not happening because of Bill 36.
4. 60% of British Columbians stated it is difficult to access a doctor. Political leaders are out of touch. This bill will affect all Health Care Practitioners: Chiro, Naturopath, Massage, Physio, Acupuncture.
5. 15 Colleges were amalgamated into 6. College advisory boards are now government appointees. All BC practitioners must follow health guidelines set by provincial appointees otherwise will risk penalties including loss of license to practice or jailed.
6. False or misleading information defined behind closed doors; doctors are unable to retain definitions of set regulations.
7. Fines $200,000 – $500,000 and incarceration for 6 months – 2 years if doctors don’t follow their rules.
8. Government appointees can enter healthcare practices, seize all and any patient records, restrict access to facility with/without a warrant or court order. Leading to lack of security of our private information.
9. Anonymous complaints can result in suspension of license to practice before complaints investigated.
10. Bill is not written in BC or Canada, rather foreign jurisdiction by international bodies.
11. World Health Organization (WHO) wants total control over global health allowing them to overrule a country’s constitutional right to making their own decisions regarding healthcare.
12. Foreign interference in our elections (globalists).
13. HPOA will affect access to all healthcare professionals. Yukon is already restricted; BC provides the guinea pigs.
14. Sendai Disaster Risk Reduction Emergency(2015-2030) includes transmissions of diseases, environmental toxins, security threats. They’ve now added Climate Change stipulating compliance and enforcement.
15. Municipalities will have the power to do risk assessments enforcing travel restrictions and carrying out business.
16. Land and Property can be altered or destroyed. Section 76 (1) government will be able to take your house or land when imposing emergency measures. If you resist you will be punished – imprisonment up to 1 year or maximum $100,000 fine.
17. Bills 44, 46, 47 all passed November 2023, shifting control from municipalities to province. This includes jurisdiction of Official Community Plans.
18. Bill 44, upzoning and densification without infrastructure plan in which municipalities will have no input regarding decisions. Developers can build condos without parking, forcing people to use the metro or transit system rather than personal vehicles (Smart Cities – global initiative).
19. In addition:
20. Reduced authority of municipal governments across the province.
21. Citizens will have little or not say in how their communities develop.
22. The way is cleared for developers and speculators.
23. Permits will be issued without understanding requirements for infrastructure.
24. Undermining heritage building protection, with rampant demolitions.
25. The character of your local neighbourhood and city may be changed forever.
26. It was strongly suggested that we must make changes in the next election.

Discussion: Rail Trail Armstrong – Sicamous

1. CSRD and NRDO extinguished long standing statues in order to build the rail trail, passing through 46 farm properties. Affected properties owners have been fighting the proposed crossing agreements for 6.5 years. For those not willing to sign the contract, they could be fined. Further info available on the internet.

Rick Charleston: Shuswap Fire

Rick from North Shuswap shared his personal experience about the last year Shuswap fire.

1. The WHO changed the definition of what is a pandemic after the swine flu which caused 7% of deaths in Canada. The following was their definition until 2010:

“An influenza pandemic is a worldwide epidemic caused by a new strain of virus which leads to infection rates and mortality rates which exceed seasonal but similarly heavy waves of influenza by several orders of magnitude. A precondition for an influenza pandemic is the appearance of a viral subtype which had not yet circulated amongst the human population, or which had occurred so long ago that no residual immunity remains amongst the population, and which is capable of provoking severe illness amongst the population, and disseminating effectively from one human to another.”

Note: italicized were not factors during covid. Due to the new definition the WHO was able to force the vaccines and mandates. It’s been proven that the unvaccinated had greater immunity against covid than the vaccinated. Vaccines did not stop the transmission, caused millions of deaths and injuries.

1. They now have global control over individual’s health. 20 million deaths from Covid vaccines.
2. Funding of WHO: 13%-member state governments; 87% mostly private institutions and individuals; Bill Gates and organizations he controls (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (GAVI), and the Vaccine Alliance), are by far thelargest contributors to the WHO. GAVI brings in more revenue from vaccines than the entire WHO budget.

Ted Kuntz – Vaccine Choice Canada

1. Protect our rights with informed consent.
2. Children are being vaxxed without parental consent.
3. Kuntz led a citizen funded national inquiry into government’s response to covid. During a period of 24 days, 305 testimonies were recorded across Canada. The report is the largest amount of Covid injured testimonies worldwide. None of the mainstream media acknowledges the reports existence, ZERO attendance by those invited. Nadine Wilson, member of Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan testified however there was no discussion in legislature or cabinet.
4. Premier of BC went to Ottawa, met Trudeau and returned adopting his policies regarding covid without discussion or consent.
5. Two groups of people – those seeking the truth and those who don’t’ want to know. One has to look for the truth outside of mainstream media.
6. 400 recommendations resulting from the inquiry were presented to the government. The report was never mentioned.
