Perhaps you’re not aware, but Katie, the spokesperson for the “farm,” throws the word “sustainable” around quite a lot.
Their (alleged) Japanese pseudoscientist business partner has reportedly already sold 120,000,000 face diapers, which are promoted by the WEF, lined with so-called ostrich “antibodies,” and falsely claimed to detect the imaginary “SARS-CoV-2” by glowing in the dark after being worn, sprayed with chemicals, and put under a special light. The so-called antibodies are also used in nasal sprays and lozenges, again under the guise of protecting against the imaginary virus.

These “farmers” falsely blame migratory birds for the deaths of their ostriches, based on 2 fraudulent PCR tests for the never-shown-to-exist avian influenza virus, performed on 2 dead birds, and their wild imaginations (Katie has admitted at least once on video that this is pure speculation on their part… yet she continues to make this assertion).
Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test and recipient of the 1993 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, stated that PCR is a method of analysis — not a diagnostic tool for identifying viruses. He famously said:
“If you do PCR well, you can find anything in anybody.”

Based on the “bird flu” hoax, they are also claiming that migratory birds are the real problem, and they are now on record stating that they want to target migratory birds with their fake miracle-cure.
All of the “bird flu” tests are impossible-to-validate and fraudulent, since the alleged virus (like all others) has never been shown to exist. Their tests also do not tell you whether or not birds are healthy. And there is no scientific basis for culling “infected” birds. It’s anti-science voodoo for failed science majors.
The idea that “bird flu” is spreading in the wild is a trap. (Did freedom really learn nothing from the COVID hoax?) The fraudulent tests are used to generate fake “cases,” and from that, justify harmful policies. All it takes is 1 fake-positive to cull tens of thousands. The media and “experts” then parrot the lie.
This is exactly what happened in the past with other “pandemics,” and this latest version (bird flu exemption) is exactly what they’ll use again. It will be used to destroy small farms, control animal populations, and justify further bans on pet ownership and bird migration.
Ostriches are quite special — back in 2010, they were found to produce cross-reactive neutralizing antibodies against the pandemic influenza virus A/H1N1 after being immunized with a seasonal influenza vaccine.

In 2018, the ostrich antibodies had therapeutic effects in ailments such as atopic dermatitis, acne, pyoderma, and pollen allergies. Reports shows: “ We have successfully produced and purified ostrich immunoglobulin yolk (IgY) against pollen allergens (Cryj1, Cryj2, Chao1, Chao2) and found that allergic reactions were alleviated in skin patch tests of allergic patients by using the ostrich IgY. In addition, we produced ostrich IgY against the homogenates of Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes, and applied to dermal lesions of atopic dermatitis and acne patients, and then observed the therapeutic effects on the dermatitis of volunteer subjects.”

And in 2020, Ostrich Pharma USA has announced the successful development of ostrich antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the expanding use of those antibodies in Japan, and plans for producing and deploying the antibodies in the U.S.
In all of the above cases, the research was conducted by Dr. Yasuhiro Tsukamoto and his team at a laboratory in Japan.
This farm is so popular that even Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has written a letter to the president of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency asking that ostriches at a B.C. farm be spared from a planned cull.
