Shuswap residents served NOL
Today, August 22, concerned Shuswap residents served the Notice of liability {NOL} to the editors of the local media. NOL was created by the team of Action4Canada as a tool to protect Canadians. They believed that Canadians have inalienable rights, and personal liability is a critical weapon in this war against Canadians’ individual rights and freedom.
The media need to be held personally liable for the deception and distortion of facts, that they have perpetrated on the public regarding the withholding of information and/or promotion of hate speech including but not limited to, the harms of masking, lockdowns, social distancing, PCR testing, the experimental injections (“vaccines”) as well as the targeted attacks against any dissenting voice, including medical professionals. { source: Action4Canada}
Concerned residents served NOL to the editor of Salmon Arm Observer Lachlan Labere. He was informed, that he received NOL, and he was asking to go through the information provided. Residents told him, about potential liability for people working in the media and journalism. Lachlan Labere promised: “I will look at it.”
Salmon Arm Observer is currently owned by Black Press Group LTD. The company was founded back in 1975 and today owns tens of newspapers in British Columbia, Alberta, Hawaii, and Washington state.
Activists also served NOL to the editor and publisher of the Friday AM Lorne Reimer. He was asked to read the provided package to get informed about the true story behind the “pandemic”, including links to tens of websites with evidence. He was also told that people with different opinion feels like some articles in “his” newspaper were against them. He promised he will look at it. He said: “I will give a good read,”
Lorne Reimer believes, that the media are a steward of the community and a commitment to trust and balance.
Trudeau’s Liberal government approved almost 600 million CAD for the years 2019- 2023 to the media, and this “army” of thousands of people with cameras and computers must pay the price back.
The media had played a major role in spreading fear and misinformation during the “pandemic.” As Malcolm X said: “The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses. The press is so powerful in its image-making role, it can make the criminal look like he’s the victim and make the victim look like he’s the criminal. This is the press, an irresponsible press. If you aren’t careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.” It’s time to hold them accountable.
