The parties of the Montreal UN biodiversity conference created the Global biodiversity framework {GBF}, including four goals and 23 targets to achieve by 2030.
The framework’s four overarching global goals
GOAL A
The integrity, connectivity and resilience of all ecosystems are maintained, enhanced, or restored, substantially increasing the area of natural ecosystems by 2050;
Human-induced extinction of known threatened species is halted, and, by 2050, the extinction rate and risk of all species are reduced tenfold, and the abundance of native wild species is increased to healthy and resilient levels;
The genetic diversity within populations of wild and domesticated species, is maintained, safeguarding their adaptive potential.
GOAL B
Biodiversity is sustainably used and managed and nature’s contributions to people, including ecosystem functions and services, are valued, maintained and enhanced, with those currently in decline being restored, supporting the achievement of sustainable development, for the benefit of present and future generations by 2050.
GOAL C
The monetary and non-monetary benefits from the utilization of genetic resources, and digital sequence information on genetic resources, and of traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources, as applicable, are shared fairly and equitably, including, as appropriate with indigenous peoples and local communities, and substantially increased by 2050, while ensuring traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources is appropriately protected, thereby contributing to the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, in accordance with internationally agreed access and benefit-sharing instruments.
GOAL D
Adequate means of implementation, including financial resources, capacity-building, technical and scientific cooperation, and access to and transfer of technology to fully implement the Kunming-Montreal global biodiversity framework are secured and equitably accessible to all Parties, especially developing countries, in particular the least developed countries and small island developing States, as well as countries with economies in transition, progressively closing the biodiversity finance gap of $700 billion per year, and aligning financial flows with the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and the 2050 Vision for Biodiversity.

The UN as the supranational institution of unelected bureaucrats it’s getting more money from nations worldwide. Money goes shoulder to shoulder with power and influence, but without any responsibility for these people. Nations implemented the UN agenda without any discussions with independent institutions or the public. The plan to “protect” 30 percent of the terrestrial, inland water, and of coastal and marine areas is courageous. But what does that really mean? No access to the public for fishing, hunting, mining, or just hiking or camping on 30% planet’s surface. People from desired areas will be forced to leave their homes and land, and they will be all pushed to megacities, where they will lose their independence and way of life.
It’s getting crystal clear, that nice words are far from honesty and there is another story behind. They are talking about planet protection, but they do the opposite. The use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, GMO, and other chemicals, is increasing worldwide. The huge hypocrisy of these bureaucrats is unpreceded.
The innovative plans and programs in health, environment, education, military, food production, basically all aspects of human life will be affected by the new rules. 5G, false environmental protection, gender ideology, forced vaccination, GMO, digital currency and identity, and more are all just the tools to reach the goals with a “magic” number 2030. Diversity and respect are just other empty words because they don’t respect any different opinion, culture, or form of government. The enormous superpower that those supranational institutions get from the corrupted politicians of the national states is unprecedented and not in favor of the people, who pay for it.
