The New Marshall Plan for Ukraine is Just Another Great Reset
It was supposed to be just two weeks to flatten Ukraine.
Now, here we are, heading into three years of conflict as of February 2025, and not only is the Special Military Operation not slowing down, but NATO is directly conducting airstrikes into Russia. According to an NPR report:
“Ukraine fired a series of ATACMS missiles inside Russia, marking the first attack using the U.S.-made longer-range weapons in 1,000 days of war.
The U.S. official, who was not authorized to speak publicly on the matter, told NPR that Ukraine fired seven U.S.-made Army Tactical Missile System into Russia, striking a weapons depot near the town of Karachev, in Russia’s Bryansk region, about 70 miles from Ukraine. The official said Russia shot down two of the missiles.”
This is a significant escalation of the conflict. It requires NATO targeting and support to launch these missiles. Putin warned that use of these Western weapons would mean that Russia and NATO are at war.
“We believe that we have the right to use our weapons against military facilities of the countries that allow to use their weapons against our facilities,” he said. “And in case of escalation of aggressive actions we will respond resolutely in a mirror way.”
Ukraine’s military intelligence (GUR) claimed that more than 12,000 North Korean military personnel were already training in Russia, and several thousand were transferred “to areas near Ukraine” in the last week of October.
“The first battles with North Korean soldiers open a new page of instability in the world,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening address, November 5, 2024. “We must do everything to make this Russian step to expand the war—to really escalate it—to make this step a failure.”
Putin put the nuclear option on the table in September, asserting that Russia should be permitted to use nuclear arms, in the event of an attack by a nation backed by a nuclear power. At the same time, Putin warned that a decision by the US, or its NATO allies, to allow Ukraine to use Western-supplied long-range missiles to hit targets deep inside Russia would put NATO “in the war” and would change “the very nature of the conflict.”
Russia responded the next night (November 21) by launching a volley of missiles at Ukraine, in its first major retaliation for Ukraine’s attack earlier in the week, on a military facility in the Russian region of Bryansk. Ukraine claims these were ICBMs, capable of delivering nuclear warheads, a message from Russia to NATO.
LESSONS FROM COVID
The pandemic of 2020 should have taught us that the coordinated effort undertaken by all nations to lock down the planet, meant that the nation-state system is completely captured by the globalist ruling class. The 195 nations all willingly took part in a staged healthcare coup d’état.
The globalists revealed their hand when they locked down the world. They had enough power within the leadership of all national governments to enforce lock downs, mask-wearing, QR codes, mandated vaccinations, social distancing and stay-at-home orders.
Keeping this in mind, the Russian-Ukraine war can be seen in several different perspectives:
- Russia are the bad guys. They conducted an illegal invasion of Ukraine without any moral justification, other than imperialist empire expansion.
- Ukraine, NATO and the USA are the bad guys. By expanding NATO eastwards, from the 1991 promise made by US Secretary of State James Baker, not to expand NATO “one more inch eastward,” the US and its allies have infringed upon the security of Russia.
- Both sides are the bad guys, and this is a turf war over land and resources, between national criminal networks.
- This is a fake war, driven by the agenda of the globalists who control both Russia and Ukraine. Putin and Zelensky are both globalist puppets, following a prepared script.
- A combination of #3 and #4. There is a real war between mafia boss Putin and the mafia bosses in the West over control of Ukraine. Putin is protecting the mafia fiefdom of Russia, owned and controlled by the criminal Russian state and its mafia bosses (oligarchs). The top globalist bosses, who have no allegiance to either the West, Ukraine or Russia, are manipulating the situation to further their own global agenda, namely the Great Reset.
For the sake of the discussion, just humour me while I attempt to build a case for #5.
To digress a bit, most commentators and analysts, within the alternative community, start from the premise that the globalists are working toward a world government, which is their end goal. But what appears to have happened, is that we already have a world government. The World Economic Forum is the de facto world government, that manages the plans and policies of the nation-state system.
There isn’t any other way to explain the compliance and submission of the entire planet to the covid mandates. There was barely a sliver of national resistance to the lockdowns. The handful of leaders who objected and spoke out are conveniently dead. Even hermit kingdom North Korea caved in to the mask wearing and other theatrical restrictions.
The lockstep of media censorship was universal—the collective world media all sang in harmony to the Covid chorus. China, Russia, Iran, USA and the other nations suddenly put aside all their grievances for the first time in history, and agreed to an altruistic program to save the world. This scenario makes for a nice bedtime story but in the real world, nobody agrees on anything, unless there is something in it for them.
OIL AND FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN CRISIS
A quick search on the World Economic Forum website reveals that the WEF’s number one concern was the escalating oil prices, and disruptions in food supply chains that would have long-term effects over the whole planet. There is little mention of the humanitarian crisis that has resulted in at least half a million deaths and millions of refugees.
THE NEW MARSHALL PLAN
On May 24, 2022, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, gave a speech to the World Economic Forum, where she outlined the new European “Marshal Plan” for Ukraine. In addition to long-term help and short-term assistance with its regular budget, von der Leyen said, “Ukraine needs fast rehabilitation right now as we speak,” as Russia targets Ukrainian electricity and other infrastructure ahead of the onset of the winter. She called those attacks “pure acts of terror.”
Why was there a reconstruction plan already in place when the war had barely just begun?
In a WEF article entitled, Mapping a Future Marshall Plan for Ukraine, estimates put the total of damages to Ukraine’s infrastructure caused by Vladimir Putin’s “criminal war of aggression” against Ukraine at US $110 billion as of August 2022.
The WEF’s head vampire, Klaus Schwab, who is never one to miss an opportunity to exploit a crisis (that he helped create), elaborates on his plans to suck the blood out of Ukraine:
“The postwar Marshall Plan provided Europe with the finance not only to rebuild itself, but also to leapfrog a generation technologically. Ukraine’s reconstruction offers a similar opportunity, but only if the most relevant features of the Marshall Plan are fully appreciated.”
The “leapfrog a generation technologically” is a veiled reference to the Great Reset agenda to implement the Fourth Industrial Revolution, that includes a significant advance in automating the workforce through AI, and the parallel installation of a global surveillance control grid.
On May 10, 2022, Project Syndicate, which is a WEF affiliated think tank, posted an article:
“Ukrainians will be understandably sensitive about foreign interference in their reconstruction. But foreign oversight is the price of foreign aid, particularly on the scale that Ukraine will require.”
The author, Barry Eichengreen, is Professor of Economics and Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, is a former senior policy adviser at the International Monetary Fund. He is the author of many books, including In Defense of Public Debt. His reference to “foreign oversight is the price of foreign aid”—when translated, this means that the globalists are taking over management and ownership of Ukraine.
Similar to the World Economic Forum, Project Syndicate has multiple articles outlining a Marshall Plan for the Ukraine, where they often quote, that the World Bank, United Nations, and European Commission estimate the cost of rebuilding Ukraine to be around $486 billion over ten years. The country’s “shattered infrastructure, including energy, transportation, commerce, industry, agriculture, and housing, requires urgent attention.”
Another Western think tank the Hudson Institute, also outlines grandiose plans for rebuilding a nation that has not been destroyed yet:
“In that spirit, we propose a modern version of the Marshall Plan for Ukraine, one that embraces the spirit of the original but rests on free market principles and incentives—ones that can engage today’s private and venture capital sectors as well as governments willing to help a new Ukraine rise from the ruins of the old.”
A rough google search yields a multitude of reports, studies and articles outlining the New Marshall Plan:
As of July 2024, somewhere between 6.6 and 8.5 million Ukrainian refugees have fled the country, with at least 6 million registered across Europe, and 600,000 in other parts of the world.
UKRAINE IS THE BREADBASKET OF EUROPE
Ukraine is the breadbasket of Europe: It boasts some of the most fertile land on earth, with rich black soil, chernozem, that is perfectly suited to growing grains. The country’s main crops include sunflower, corn, soybeans, wheat and barley. Ukrainian farmers are growing crops for export across the European Union, as well as China, Turkey, India, Egypt and Africa. More than 70 per cent of the country is made up of prime agricultural land.
Let’s pretend we are members of a secretive club of psychopaths, and we want to control the food supply of the planet—and specifically we want to get control of the prime agricultural land in the Ukraine. Here’s how we might hatch a wicked plot to achieve this goal:
1. Draw Russia and Ukraine into a war, and allow both the Ukrainians and Russians to bomb the hell out of Ukraine.
2. Drive rural people out of the country by military campaigns in rural areas.
3. Western bankers step forward to offer reconstruction of Ukraine through loans, with the condition that Ukraine now falls under globalist management.
4. Banks now own Ukraine.
5. Agricultural lands are converted to factory farming, and globalists have control of the food supply of a significant percentage of the world.
In 2023, President Zelensky signed over ownership of the Ukraine to BlackRock:
“The leading American investment companies, BlackRock and JP Morgan Chase, will help Ukraine to create the Fund for the Development of Ukraine—an investment bank for economic recovery after the war.”
From an article in GlobalResearch.ca, by Professor Michel Chossudovsky;
“The Neoliberal Endgame for Ukraine—resulting from unsurmountable debts—largely attributable to military aid, is the outright privatization of an entire country by BlackRock, which is a giant portfolio company controlled by powerful financial interests with extensive leverage.”
“The Privatization of Ukraine was launched in liaison with BlackRock’s consulting company McKinsey, a public relations firm which has largely been responsible for co-opting corrupt politicians and officials worldwide, not to mention scientists and intellectuals, on behalf of powerful financial interests.”
(McKinsey is a WEF-adjacent firm that runs cover for all the globalists’ projects.)
STAKEHOLDER CAPITALISM IS A MANAGERIAL GOVERNANCE PROJECT
Technically, the globalists do not want a world government, contrary to the common belief of some who have been studying these people for years. What they want is governance. A global government would mean they would need a legislature, judicial system and an executive branch—this in turn, implies transparency, and some form of democracy where representatives go through a public process—either appointed or elected to positions of responsibility and accountability.
Governance, however, implies a managerial system. This is the function of the World Economic Forum—it is the managerial hub of the world, and it is implementing the stakeholder capitalism system that Schwab and the WEF have been advocating for over 50 years.
Creating a real world government would force the globalists into a legally binding social contract, but what they want is a continuance of the rules-based order. These are arbitrary rules that change to suit their whim and the occasion. They do not want law and order. They just want order.
Stakeholder capitalism is the brain child of Klaus Schwab, who devised this concept in his early years as an engineer, based on his book, Modern Company Management in Mechanical Engineering.
It is essentially a round table organization that brings all the players to the bargaining table—to negotiate the dividing up of the global pie. Each stakeholder will get a slice.
The stakeholders include leaders of nations, city mayors, CEOs of corporation, billionaires, leaders of NGOs, leaders of international organizations like the WHO, World Bank, BRICS, G20, IMF, and virtually every other significant power broker on the world stage.
They must satisfy three main criteria for admission to the exalted halls of global power:
- First of all, they must be able to afford the price of admission to the Davos Club meeting every year. Basic Membership: $52,000 (approximately) per year, which grants one invitation to Davos. Ticket to Davos: $19,000 (plus tax), bringing the total cost to $71,000 for one person. Industry Associate Membership: $137,000 per year, plus the cost of a ticket, totalling around $156,000. Industry Partner Membership: $263,000 per year, plus the cost of two tickets, totalling around $301,000. Strategic Partner Membership: $527,000 per year, plus the cost of up to five tickets, totalling around $622,000.
- Secondly, they must have an Ivy League education, preferably from Harvard, Oxford or Yale.
- And thirdly, they must be connected through marriage to one of the club members. It’s all one big happy, dysfunctional family.
Schwab elaborates on his stakeholder capitalism thesis, in his WEF article, where he identifies the players:
The Key Stakeholders and Their Objectives: Profits, Purpose, Prosperity and Peace
“To ensure that both people and the planet prosper, four key stakeholders play a crucial role. They are: governments (of countries, states, and local communities); civil society (from unions to NGOs, from schools and universities to action groups); companies (constituting the private sector, whether freelancers or large multinational companies); and the international community (consisting of international organizations such as the UN as well as regional organizations such as the European Union or ASEAN).”
We can re-imagine Schwab’s diagram, to make it a more accurate reflection of his system. The WEF is the managerial hub of GloboCorp, a transnational mega-corporation:
These are not all the players, but they represent most of the main ones. City mayors will have a much bigger voice at the bargaining table, because the WEF have extensive plans to build mega-cities, by driving rural populations into urban centers. These urban centers will be monitored by 24/7 surveillance, modelled after China. The 15-minute cities will give urban dwellers comfortable, clean quarters in a digital prison.
One of the end goals of the Ukraine War is to create millions of refugees and push them into already overcrowded European 15-minute cities. This also drains the rural population out of the breadbasket. In the long-term, BlackRock and Monsanto will establish factory farming and control Ukraine’s abundant agricultural wealth.
Despite the overtures of the Western political establishment, and their lap dog media, the West is not saving Ukraine from Russia. Quite the opposite: The West is feeding Ukrainians into the meat grinder of the Russian-Ukrainian War Machine. Reports of staggering deaths as high as 500,000 Ukrainian soldiers and 600,000 Russian soldiers have been reported. And when you factor in the wounded, which are usually 2 times – 2.5 times the number killed, there’s another minimum 2 million wounded. Even conservative estimates put the death toll over 1 million.
Putin, like any national leader, must control his population, and sell them on whatever national project and/or policies the government decides to implement. This is true of Trump or Trudeau, Macron or Zelensky. They are employees of GloboCorp and they answer to their masters, who hand down the policies for them to ram through.
Putin and his mafia bosses (oligarchs) do not want the Western mafia bosses controlling Ukraine, because they are aware, that the next phase will be the privatization of Russia, through the same technique employed by BlackRock. This will put the oligarchs out of business, plain and simple.
Many of the Russian oligarchs own property in the West, and many of them have Western education and send their sons and daughters to the West for education. Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich was sanctioned by the EU during the opening months of the Ukraine conflict, along with over 2000 other Russian businessmen. His assets were frozen and he was restricted from travelling to Western nations. Abramovich holds a billionaires’ bash every New Year’s Eve in St. Barts, on his acreage, that was formerly owned by David Rockefeller.
The New Year’s Eve bash hosted Prince and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as a who’s who list of Hollywood celebrities such as Leonardo diCapria, Rihanna, and in 2011, Abramovich’s £5 million party included a performance by the Black Eyed Peas, and was attended by celebrities such as Demi Moore, actress and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, model Stephanie Seymour, comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and Star Wars creator George Lucas.
It’s one big happy dysfunctional family, but even the best of families often fight. On the world stage, when the ruling class families fight, the tanks roll out, missiles are launched and people die. The USA is supposed to be the “world’s policeman,” but the world’s policeman is corrupt, and instead of stopping wars, it starts wars.
Because of international trade, every country is in bed with every other country and there is no longer any separation of interests to keep local issues from affecting the rest of the world. Everything a nation does, affects every other nation surrounding them, and the repercussions of trade wars, land disputes, violent hostilities and social repression are felt all over the world.
It is more important now than ever before, that local citizens come together to force the ruling class to submit to basics common sense principles of management for our planet. The revolution is from the bottom up, not the top down. The billionaire ruling class have demonstrated, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they are woefully incompetent and corrupt, and unqualified for the task of global rule. They must be replaced by more competent and trustworthy managers, through the consistent and overwhelming pressure of a motivated, engaged and outraged citizenry in a prolonged grassroots campaign.
