Shuswap fire- Criminal Complaint filled
Lodging a formal Criminal Complaint
Officer Commanding
RCMP Detachment
226 Shuswap Avenue
Chase. BC YOE 1M0
Complaint is as follows occurences in and around the North Shuswap British Columbia
Introduction of the Emergencies Act
AND WHEREAS the Governor in Council, in taking such special temporary measures, would be
subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the Canadians Bill of Rights, and must have regard to the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, particularly with respect to
those fundamental rights that are not to be limited or abridged even in a national emergency;
Under the Criminal Code of Canada as well as the same sections in the Charter of Rights
Section 7 – Life, liberty and security of the person, Also part 1 section 1 Paragraph a Bill of Rights
Section 9- Arbitrary detention
Section 12- Cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.
Criminal code only
Section 122- Breach of trust by public officer
Accused
Mr David Eby Premier of British Columbia under section 7 ,9, 12, 122
Ms Bowinn Ma Minister of emergencies under section 7 ,9, 12, 122
Mr Bruce Ralston Minister of Forest under section 12, 122
Mr Derek Sutherland Director and others, of emergency services CSRD under section 7,9,12,122
All government employees, both local and Federal such as RCMP, Coastguard, Conservation
officers, involved in a physical blockade denying people of the Food Water and Fuel under section
7,9, 12.
There is no jurisprudence to suggest that section 122 is not applicable in this case.
Section 7 of the code is with it’s title self explanatory and has been breached many times on video
All of this evidence has been stored, outside of the country and has been noted for size and date
and time, by a local notary public on a daily basis.
Section 9 refers to the fact some people are, some are not allowed through with a vehicle. A driver
of a truck was allowed through to deliver supplies to fire halls, the same driver the next day is
refused, because the road is “dangerous”, because he is trying to supply food water and fuel, to stay
behinders, or people who aren’t official fire fighters.
With respect to section 12 , there are many videos showing enforcement officers denying vital
supplies, through road blocks, by using threats such as having a hand on a side arm whilst
threatening arrest and escorting people out of the evacuated zone, there are also videos of people
being denied access to drop off supplies using a boat, which doesn’t use a “dangerous” road.
Please investigate and report to the Public Prosecutor as soon as possible, this is an on going Crime.
I fear retribution and therefore request arrest of offenders and to follow due criminal Law, and
command directly your officers in the Shuswap to follow the law and stop arbitrary decision
making on the basis of what they think is the law.
If the complaint is not taken seriously by the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) I will make
a formal complaint to the Court of last resort soonest.
