SD83- policy
School District NO. 83 North Okanagan Shuswap is a charitable organisation registered as: The board of Education of School District NO. 83, registration number 891020679 RR 0002. This charity has an annual budget of over $100 million and is growing every year.
“The Board of Education of School District No. 83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap) is established for the purpose of providing public school instruction for children in kindergarten to grade 12 within its boundaries. Activities and programs include curricular and extra curricular projects to provide a comprehensive education and scholarships which reward outstanding performance and to promote a continuance of studies at post secondary levels.”
The board follows the curriculum of the Ministry of Education. Policy 121 and Policy 124 are of special interest and are as follows:
POLICY 121 SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND GENDER IDENTITY
The Board of Education of School District No. 83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap) is committed to
establishing and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all members of the
school community (including students, parents, teachers, support staff and anyone involved with
the district) who identify as members of a sexual minority or are questioning their sexual
orientation or gender identity, or who are two-spirit persons. This policy is established with the
intent and recognition that public schools need to be safe for everyone.
POLICY 124 CLIMATE ACTION
The Board of Education of School District 83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap) recognizes that the planet is
in a state of climate emergency (see Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, 2018). We
acknowledge the legitimacy of the United Nations Climate Action Charter (2016) and B.C.’s Climate
Action Charter (endorsed March 10, 2009, by our district).
School District 83 is responsible for the education and well-being of our current and future students.
Therefore, in the face of global climate change we are obliged to:
- promote the growth of ecological literacy and ethics within students
- embed environmental education within the curriculum’s core competency framework
- emphasize the First Peoples knowledge and other traditional ecological knowledge
- address environmental issues and climate action projects in ways that students can contribute
- naturalize school grounds with an ecological and educational lens
- provide students with flexible work skills in a changing world
- support students in developing emotional coping skills and strategies
- cultivate kindness, adaptability, creativity, and resilience within the context of climate change
What do these policies have in common? Biologically we are all born as male or female, two genders. Females have two X chromosomes, and males have one X and one Y. There is not another combination. You can not change that fact, period. I concede that for some unknow reasons, some people are attracted to the same gender which can be the result of some psychological trauma from childhood, possibly an accident at childbirth, a genetic mutation due to stress, chemicals, and so on.
Scientifics did some studies based on algorithms, mathematical and computer science, with no respect to natural law and biology, but with no significant result. As of today, there are recognizing 72 genders.

Climate change is a similar issue which has flipped from the “global warming” hysteria. There has always been warmer and colder periods in the Earth’s history, all based on natural processes. Of course, there is human impact, but it has nothing to do with climate change. Geoengineering, industrial waste and chemicals used in agriculture and industry definitely cause pollution on a local level. Is this a carbon threat? Let’s look at the undeniable facts about CO2…
CO2 takes up around 0.04% of the atmosphere. 400 ppm is about 0.04% No argument there. There are about 750 gigatons of CO2 released into the atmosphere every year – the majority of it from natural sources. No argument there.
Now there are several figures for human created CO2 – depending on who you ask and believe – but it is reasonable to state that it is somewhere between 6 gigatons and 40 gigatons – but either way it remains insignificant, as I will demonstrate:
So, get your calculators out team… Now I am prepared to give the CAGW Alarmists a fair go here – and if it is 40 gigatons that is anthropologically caused, then that means that 5.33% of all CO2 emitted comes from human causes – 5.33% of 0.04% is still ONLY 0.0021% of the atmosphere is CO2 that comes from human causes… It is simple math and no matter how you slice and dice it – it remains infinitesimal!
To get a simple concept of just how SMALL a percentage that is, take 100 litres of water in a nice large container – this is the total atmosphere. Pour out 99% of it and you are left with ONE litre. Then, pour out 96% of that one litre. What is left is 4 millilitres (less than a teaspoon full), now THAT is equivalent to the TOTAL or ALL annual CO2 emissions – from all sources – compared to the original 100 litres. Now from that 4 millilitres, pour out another 94.6% more. What is left is 0.2 millilitres, about the same as a single teardrop – and that is our human contribution of CO2 to the atmosphere!
In conclusion, we must be respectful to others, save the environment where we live, be wise with natural resources, but we can not ignore the facts. The policies detailed above are government propaganda which is shaping the minds of our kids and preparing them to be good future citizens which follow any orders without question. And we should be concern about it.
