Open letter to Premier of Alberta
Dear Premier Smith,
I am writing to you as you were one of the very few politicians who seemed to be aware of the atrocities being committed over the course of the ‘pandemic’ years. As such, many of us were very encouraged by your victory. Finally, sanity and justice! Alberta, Florida of the north!
Those hopes are beginning to fade.

In Canada, in Alberta, political prisoners are being held in a manner that would shame China! Remember the outrage over the Michaels? You are well aware that I am speaking of the ‘Coutts four’, Anthony Olienick, Chris Carbert, Chris Lysak, and Jerry Morin. Where is your voice??
I am aware that it would be improper to interfere in matters of the justice system but this is so blatantly politically motivated that there is not even a dim appearance of justice or due process. It is glaringly obvious to any who care to look that the ministry of justice has been weaponized and corrupted and the same can be said for the RCMP. Canadians’ trust in the legal system is going the same way as the trust in the medical system.
You, as Premier, have a duty of care – a responsibility to your electorate, to ensure the application of due process for all Albertans, to protect them from vengeful persecution by corrupted politicians and law enforcement. The RCMP have been acting as enforcers for those corrupt political agencies. Where are the consequences for the admitted RCMP vandalism of private property (the excavators), damage in excess of $100K? One law for the public and freedom to run rampant for the authorities? What would this be called? Tyranny?
You can stand and act in integrity and courage or you can sadly be one of the many who choose to look the other way while the full weight of a corrupt government comes down on those who dared to exercise their supposed rights and freedoms by demanding that their government respect those rights and freedoms.
We are watching.
Sincerely,
RCH
A trial was supposed to begin June 12, 2023 for four Alberta men who’ve been held without bail for 18 months. It’s now been postponed until 2024.
