New PHO for health professionals
March 10th, provincial health officer Bonnie Henry publicly announced that as of Friday, March 11, 2022, B.C.’s indoor mask order is being repealed along with eased restrictions on long-term care visitors, faith gatherings and overnight camps for children and youth. Today’s announcement also sets a pathway to lift additional COVID-19 restrictions, including the BC Vaccine Card requiring proof of vaccination, on April 8.
She said:” British Columbians have made tremendous sacrifices and worked hard to do their part over the past two years by following the advice and direction of Dr. Henry,” said Adrian Dix, Minister of Health. “Thanks to high levels of vaccination, decreasing transmission enabled by British Columbians’ resolve and the public health orders we’ve had in place, we are now able to lift more restrictions and continue moving forward as a province.”

What she didn’t say to the public was about the new order for Health professionals Covid 19 vaccination status information and preventive measures from March 7th, 2022, which was sent to Health practitioners on March 11th.
In that order she claimed:
1} that Vaccination is safe, highly effective, and the single most important preventive measure a person can take to protect themselves, their families, and other persons with whom they come into contact from infection, severe illness and possible death from COVID-19.
2} Vaccines, which prevent or reduce the risk of infection with SARS-CoV-2, have been and continue to be readily available in British Columbia and while substantial progress has been made in vaccinating the population of British Columbia 12 years of age and older, and children aged 5 to 11 years of age are now being vaccinated, a portion of the public remains unvaccinated and there are communities where vaccination rates are low.
3} Unvaccinated people are at greater risk than vaccinated people of being infected with SARS-CoV-2, and unvaccinated people who are infected, experience significantly higher rates of hospitalization, ICU-level care and invasive mechanical ventilation, complications and death when compared with 3 vaccinated people. Unvaccinated people are also at higher risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2 to other people, including vaccinated people;
4} Pursuant to Article G of my October 14, 2021, Hospital and Community (Health Care and Other Services) COVID-19 Vaccination Status and Preventative Measures Order, I provided notice to health professionals who were not otherwise required to be vaccinated under those orders, that they would be required by me to be vaccinated on a date determined by me, in order to provide health care or services in the Province.
Bonnie Henry did not mention all Covid-19 vaccines are still under clinical trials and they have been used under Emergency use authorization only. Also, no information about released documents under the court order on March 1st by U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s {FDA’s} and Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research {CBER} about data that Pfizer submitted to FDA from its clinical trials in support of Covid 19 vaccine license. The data include an Appendix of “List of adverse events of special interest” which contains 1,291 adverse events. All adverse reactions were discovered in short term, nobody knows long-term events.
Despite all new information Bonnie Henry continues with a new order:
5} in order to prevent or reduce the risk of the transmission of infection with SARS-CoV-2 by health professionals, I believe it is necessary for me to:
(i) collect personal information about registrants from colleges,
(ii) use personal information about registrants provided by colleges by matching this information with information in the Provincial Immunization Registry,
(iii) disclose personal information including the matched information to the colleges, (iv) order health professionals to provide personal information to the colleges,
(v) order the colleges to collect personal information from registrants in order to determine the vaccination status of the registrants they register,
(vi) order the colleges to provide personal or aggregate information to me for the purpose of a. determining the vaccination status of health professionals, and b. preventing or responding to exposures to or clusters or outbreaks of COVID-19 in a workplace.
Recognizing that the risk differs in different regions of the Province, and that medical health officers are in the best position to assess local circumstances with respect to the risk of the transmission of communicable diseases in hospital or community settings, I FURTHER ORDER THAT:
1. A medical health officer may make an order subsequent to this Order for the purpose of imposing more restrictive limitations or conditions with respect a registrant in the geographic area of the Province for which the medical health officer is designated, or with respect to a particular registrant or health care settings.
Part F contains expiration and compliance as follow:
This Order does not have an expiration date.
You are required under section 42 of the Public Health Act to comply with this Order.
Failure to comply with this Order is an offence under section 99 (1) (k) of the Public Health Act.
If you fail to comply with this Order, I have the authority to take enforcement action against you under Part 4, Division 6 of the Public Health Act.
After taking into consideration the interests of patients against the interests of unvaccinated registrants who are not vaccinated for reasons other than medical deferral, and taking into account the importance of maintaining a healthy workforce, the stress under which the public health and health care systems are currently operating, and the impact this is having on the provision of health care to the population, the burden which responding to more clusters and outbreaks of COVID-19 would put on the public health system, the burden which responding to more patients with serious illness would place upon an already overburdened health care system, the increased risk to the population arising from the presence of the Omicron variant in the Provinces, I have decided pursuant to section 54 (1) (h) of the Public Health Act, and in accordance with the emergency powers set out in Part 5 of the Act, not to accept requests for a reconsideration of this Order.

Despite all the last released information about negative side effects and inefficacy of Covid 19 “vaccines”, Provincial health officer Bonnie Henry evidently keeps pushing vaccination with “vaccines” under clinical trials further and further. She was never advised using Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin as a very effective and cheap way to treat people with Covid 19. Evidence is very well documented in the book The Real Anthony Fauci by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
By her orders and decisions, hundreds of healthy health practitioners lost their jobs in our province, what’s created unprecedented pressure for remaining health staff and declined accessible health service for British Columbians.
