Letter to officials- HAARP
Dear Sirs and Mesdames,
I am writing to give Notice of my Nonconsent to any and all engineering/modification practices in our realm, via all methods, which do any harm to the Land, Air and/or Water, to mankind, to creatures great and small, and/or to any natural system in the realm. I claim my right to give such Notice under the following Law: Genesis 1:28 ” And God blessed them, and God said vnto them, Be fruitfull, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it, and haue dominion ouer the fish of the sea, and ouer the foule of the aire, and ouer euery liuing thing that mooueth vpon the earth.”
I personally witnessed an artificial light/airglow show in the skies over the land commonly referred to as British Columbia, Canada the night of May 10, 2024, after a day of heavy spraying of a white substance emanating from numerous aircraft; the spraying and resulting trails clearly visible to the naked eye all afternoon, and evidenced all over the various social media sites. I also note that the HAARP facility in Alaska advertised their so-called “Research Campaign” (screenshot provided below), which included yesterday’s date. I don’t believe this is a coincidence and am cognizant of the fact that HAARP type facilities all over the realm use chemical sprays, for example, of barium, to project their frequencies into (see US Patent #4686605A). I also witness the regular spraying of the skies overhead, and the resulting man made clouds, which are then subsequently modified by man made energy/frequencies, such as lasers and ionospheric heaters. In addition, HAARP fully admits to producing these “artificial airglows.

If you made a direct oath to Charles III, who himself made an oath to uphold God of Heaven’s Laws, as laid out in the 1611 King James Bible, any breach of that oath puts Charles’ oath in jeopardy. By doing harm to mankind, these and any other oaths to uphold the God of Heaven’s true laws contravene not only Genesis 1:28, but also many other true laws, including, but not limited to: Mark 12:31 “And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt loue thy neighbour as thy selfe: there is none other commandement greater then these” and Philippians 2:3 ” Let nothing bee done through strife, or vaine glory, but in lowlinesse of minde let each esteeme other better then themselues.”
