CSRD continues in discrimination policy
The Columbia Shuswap Regional District {CSRD} board decided to keep the discrimination policy in the CSRD area. At Thursday’s board meeting they voted for suspending its COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination Policy for its paid on-call firefighters for six months or pending further Provincial Public Health Orders. The same policy will apply to elected officials, but employees and newly hired workers of CSRD must be fully vaccinated.

The CSRD board brought those changes under the condition, that unvaccinated firefighters must wear masks inside the administration building of CSRD. Elected officials who choose not to be vaccinated must work remotely where possible, otherwise in the administration building, they must wear masks.
An additional Board amendment was also made to allow staff to rapidly re-institute the policy should a COVID-19 outbreak take place within the CSRD’s fire services or at any individual fire hall. The Board agreed to delegate this responsibility to the Chief Administrative Officer, Human Resources Advisor and Team Leader of Protective Services, allowing them to make determinations on the vaccination policy without having to call a Board meeting. {source CSRD}
The CSRD board brought the mandatory vaccination policy back on November 18, 2021, in a unanimous vote for all elected officials, CSRD employees, paid-on-call volunteer firefighters, contractors working indoor spaces, and emergency management volunteers. The policy went to effect on January 3rd, 2022.
The members of the CSRD board keep the discrimination policy in place and force the vaccination against Covid 19 without any relevant evidence. On the contrary, more and more evidence show, that “vaccination” absolutely doesn’t work to eliminate the spread of Covid 19 or lower the risk and course of the disease. The fact is that the big pharmaceutical corporations have earned money like never before, the politicians have misused their power and corruption has skyrocketed. All, for sake of ordinary people; thousands of them lost their lives and millions have suffered misery.
On top of that, local politicians choose to mark people with a different opinion about “vaccination” by wearing masks. Such as irony, we blame the Nazis for what they did, but nowadays we have been using similar tools and practices. Any discrimination shouldn’t take a place in 21. Century.
