Biodigital convergence in Canada
In early 1980s, the Canadian establishment understood that the digital age was coming and they invested significant money and effort to take advantage of this new opportunity. Today, digital technologies and biological systems are combining and merging in ways that could be profoundly disruptive to our assumptions about society, the economy, and the human body. Biodigital convergence is basically the combination, sometimes to the point of merging, of digital and biological technologies and systems.
In 1996 the Policy Research Secretariat (PRS) was created in the Privy Council Office (PCO). PRS was a think tank that focused on horizontal issues that cut across traditional departmental responsibilities. In 2010, PRS shifted from a traditional think tank into a foresight center and became Policy Horizons Canada (Policy Horizons), which empowered the Government of Canada with a future-oriented mindset and outlook to strengthen decision making.

Policy Horizons is examining three ways in which this convergence is happening:
- Full physical integration of biological and digital entities– digital technology can be embedded in organisms, and biological components can exist as parts of digital technologies. The physical meshing, manipulating, and merging of the biological and digital are creating new hybrid forms of life and technology, each functioning in the tangible world, often with heightened capabilities.
- Coevolution of biological and digital technologies– this type of biodigital convergence emerges when advances in one domain generate major advances in the other. The coevolution of biological and digital sciences and technologies enables progress in each domain that would be impossible otherwise. This could lead to biological and digital technologies that are developed as integrated or complementary systems. Complex living systems – bacteria, fungi, plants, and animal life including humans – are increasingly subject to examination and understanding by digital tools and applications such as machine learning. This deeper understanding, enabled by digital technologies, means that biology is subject to influence and manipulation that was not possible a few years ago.
- Conceptual convergence of biological and digital systems– A third form of biodigital convergence involves a shift in perspective that could reshape the framing and approach to biological and digital realms, facilitating the blending of the two.

We are witnessing scientists, being financed by the big corporations, { Corporation of Canada included}, playing the role of creator for the different purpose of Enslaving all humanity. Free will which is the only limitation to total control must be destroyed. Elites dream of enslaving 100% of humanity where all humans are obedient slaves. They envision a reality with no more protests, rebellions or complaints, only pure slavery.
