Restoring the respect for God, Natural Law, Common Law, and the Bill of Rights

INTRODUCTION: THE DOMINION OF CANADA — ESTABLISHED UNDER GOD

This nation is not merely “Canada.”

It is The Dominion of Canada — and that lawful identity has never been removed and it remains our official country name.

The name Dominion was chosen directly from Psalm 72:8:

“He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.”

— Psalm 72:8 (KJV)

This scripture was spoken and prayed over the creation of the nation. It declared that this land would exist under the Dominion of Almighty God, not under the dominion of men, political parties, global agencies, or ideology.

The national motto — still printed on the Coat of Arms — remains:

“A Mari Usque Ad Mare” — “From Sea to Sea”

This motto is not poetic—

It affirms the biblical foundation of this country.

Though the word “Dominion” has been removed from casual reference and government branding, it has never been lawfully repealed. The foundation remains.

Canada does not need a revolution.

It needs a Restoration of the Dominion — as it was established:

• Under God
• Grounded in moral law
• Protected by Natural Law and Common Law
• Affirmed through the Canadian Bill of Rights

This Blueprint sets out the path for that Restoration.

1 — GOD: THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY OVER THIS LAND

All rightful authority flows from God.

Any authority that denies God as the source becomes corrupt.

A nation under God recognizes:

• Morality is not optional
• Human dignity is sacred
• Rights belong to the people, not the State
• The family is the first and highest human government

When God is removed, the State replaces Him.

When the State replaces God, tyranny begins.

Restoring the Dominion requires restoring God to His rightful place in:

• Public life
• Law and justice
• Education
• Family and community

No law has legitimacy if it violates God’s Law or Natural Law.

2 — NATURAL LAW: RIGHTS EXIST BECAUSE WE EXIST

Natural Law flows from God’s Law.

It is universal, self-evident, unchangeable, and above all man-made legislation.

Natural Law asserts that:

• Human beings are born free
• Rights are inherent — not granted
• Authority flows upward from the individual
• Parental authority comes from God, not the State
• Bodily autonomy and conscience cannot be violated
• Property cannot be taken without lawful justification and due process

If any government action violates Natural Law, that action is not legitimate authority — it is abuse of office.

Restoration means returning Natural Law to its place as the measure of all law.

3 — COMMON LAW: THE PEOPLE’S PROTECTION AGAINST TYRANNY

Common Law is the practical application of Natural Law and exists to protect the individual from the abuse of power — including by the State.

Common Law is anchored in four principles:

• Do no harm
• Do not cause loss
• Do not commit fraud
• Honour your agreements

Common Law requires due process, fairness, evidence, truth, accountability, and the right to be heard.

When Common Law governs:

• Government power is limited
• Justice belongs to the people
• Courts cannot impose ideology

Restoration requires re-asserting Common Law as the operating standard of law in Canada.

4 — THE CANADIAN BILL OF RIGHTS: STILL IN FORCE — STILL OUR SHIELD

The Canadian Bill of Rights (1960) is still active law and has never been repealed.

It recognizes — it does not give — rights that come from God.

The Bill of Rights affirms:

• The supremacy of God
• The rule of law
• The right to life, liberty, personal security
• Freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and the press
• Due process and fair hearing rights
• The right to enjoyment of property

It contains no “reasonable limits” clause.

Rights are not conditional or suspendable.

Restoration means invoking and enforcing the Bill of Rights across Canada.

5 — THE CHARTER: THE DIVERSION FROM GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS

The Charter of Rights and Freedoms has been treated as if it is the source of rights. It is not.

The Charter shifted Canada away from:

Trial by Jury

Trial by jury exists to protect the people from government abuse.

A true jury trial means:

• The accused is judged by peers — not the State
• The jury may judge both the facts and the fairness of the law itself
• No Canadian can be punished without consent of the people

Restoration requires returning juries to their full protective function.

Grand Jury

Historically, the grand jury provided a people-led mechanism to investigate public misconduct, including by government actors. It empowered citizens to demand accountability when officials refused to act.

Restoration includes re-establishing a grand-jury-style process so that investigations into abuse of office are not controlled by the very institutions under scrutiny.

8 — RESTORING FAMILY, MORAL ORDER, AND EDUCATION

Restoration cannot be achieved alone. The State gains power when people are isolated and intimidated one by one.

Therefore:

• If one person’s rights are violated, others stand with them
• Communities share lawful knowledge, tools, affidavits, and strategy
• Networks support anyone who is targeted for asserting their rights
• Canadians build local alliances that uphold lawful governance

No Canadian should ever stand alone against unlawful pressure again.

10 — RESTORATION ALREADY IN MOTION

The Restoration of lawful Canada is not theoretical — it has already begun through citizen action.

There is a growing ideology — even within freedom-minded circles — that claims the current system must completely collapse so that a “new system” can be built from the ashes.

This belief is both dangerous and strategically misguided.

Why?

Because when a nation collapses, the people do not get to decide what replaces it.

History shows that power vacuums are filled by the most organized and well-funded forces — and today, that would be global institutions and corporate-state alliances waiting to impose a “new order” with no God, no rights, and no national sovereignty.

A full collapse would mean:

• The lawful protections we still possess would vanish
• The Bill of Rights, Common Law, and Natural Law foundation would be wiped out
• International actors could step in to “restructure” Canada under global governance frameworks
• Canadians would lose the very tools needed to defend themselves

In times of collapse, people are desperate — and desperate nations accept tyrants as saviours.

This is how nations are captured.

The “burn it down” narrative is not a solution — it is a trap.

The Real Path Is Not Collapse — It Is Lawful Restoration

Instead of destroying the existing lawful foundation, Canadians must:

• Re-assert what already protects us
• Restore God’s authority and Natural/Common Law
• Enforce the Canadian Bill of Rights
• Remove corruption — not the nation
• Repair the system by returning it to its rightful lawful structure

Canada already has a God-anchored, rights-based framework worth restoring — a foundation that predates globalist influence and limits government overreach.

To abandon that foundation would be to hand the country over to those seeking a global reset.

Restoration builds on bedrock.

Revolution destroys it.

We do not need ashes to rise again.

We need Canadians to stand, remember, and reclaim what is already lawfully ours.

The lawful, moral, spiritual, and constitutional framework of this nation remains in place.

We do not need ashes — we need remembrance, courage, and action rooted in God’s law and Canada’s true foundation.

The people are now awakening to this truth — and acting on it.

Now, we continue it — faithfully, lawfully, and together under God’s Dominion from sea to sea.

All of the above sounds like a good idea, but there is an issue. If restoration or creation is under God, and God is also truth, we must first clarify what Canada truly is, or perhaps CANADA.

Until we answer the above questions, we will always be trapped in political and jurisdictional games, never finding the proper and correct solution. And Canada is sinking.

But I know what Canada, especially British Columbia and the Shuswap, means to me: it’s home. However, it would be nice to know what the truth is.
